VERY, VERY, VERY IMPORTANT: Do make sure someone does a physical check of all the panels to make sure there's no damage and that none of the panels are missing. We rarely see any problems but if there is, just refuse any damaged panels, not the entire shipment. Make sure you take the time while the driver is there to inspect all the panels. The driver will handle that with you. Don't get too concerned as we package all very securely but we need to note any damage/shortages when you take delivery if we are going to get the freight company to cover replacement.
***VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY***
***PLEASE CHECK ALL THE BOXES FOR VISIBLE DAMAGE. IF THERE ARE ANY DAMAGES, LET THE DRIVER KNOW AND WRITE A WORD “DAMAGED” ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT BEFORE SIGNING IT. IF YOU DON'T SIGN THE RECEIPT AS DAMAGED WE WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO FILE A CLAIM AGAINST THE FREIGHT COMPANY AND AS A RESULT WE WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO REPLACE THE DAMAGED ITEMS FOR FREE.****
These are are custom commercial products. There are no returns on custom pads unless they were manufactured to incorrect specifications.
If approved, are subject to freight expense to deliver, customer assumes cost to ship them back and a 30% restock fee.
I personally take every step possible to make sure that the panels we agree to send you will work for your application. This is not a pair of shoes. You can't decide you do not like them and expect to send them back. Please contact me and I can elaborate to make you 100% comfortable working together to put your padding package together.

WHAT'S MOST COMMON?
|Hands down the RuffNeck System; in-ground, fixed-height, is the most cost-effective for public, outdoor use. 20-year warranty, nice board size, very cost-effective. RuffNeck systems ship for as little as $110 depending on location. RuffNeck systems ship for as little as $110 depending on location.
Adjustable Height: You can't go wrong with any. Most cost-effective is the Attack System but the move up to the Force System or Titan System gets you not only larger board size options, but also the Lifetime Superior Warranty.
Portables: The Fury System is the most commonly sold system to church groups and youth groups, and any organization type where you know, more or less, who's going to play on it. It's heavy enough for aggressive adult play and more than stable enough for youth play. Lifetime Limited Warranty covers everything basketball related, including dunking, but not the SHAQ hang on the rim gorilla slam.
For aggressive play or high-level competition play, go up to the Storm System or Thunder System. They are heavier so can support a larger board (glass) and they come with a Lifetime Superior Warranty. Everything is covered.
